    la touviere - Our Picturesque Savoyarde farmhouse dating back to 1738 is situated in a tranquil hamlet in Le Biot. It has been lovingly restored using antique wood and is truly special.
    Both apartments are over 200 sq m so are Exceptionally spacious.

    The nearest ski lifts:

    are at Saint Jean D'Aulps- a 10 minute drive away. The Slopes of Morzine or the Ardent cable car, the gateway to the vast Portes de Soleil ski area, take 20 minutes.

    Prices 2009/10

    The apartments can be booked for long or short stays.
    Changeover days are flexible to allow you to take advantage of
    cheaper mid week flights.
    The cost per night for each apartment is £150.

    Booking terms and conditions

    All bookings accepted by Ski Rosetta are subject to the following terms and conditions.

    Booking Information

    We will reserve your holiday by telephone and advise you how long we will hold your reservation before your deposit must be received.
    No contract shall exist between the client and Ski Rosetta until a completed and signed booking form accompanied by the deposit
    or full payment has been received. The booking form should be completed as fully as possible and Ski Rosetta should be notified within
    14 days of any alterations as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date. A deposit of 25% is required to accompany the signed booking form, the balance to be paid eight weeks prior to arrival.
    For bookings received within the eight weeks the full cost is required for confirmation. If full payment is not received on time we reserve the right to cancel your holiday.

    Cancellation of the holiday

    Any booking cancellations must be made in writing to Ski Rosetta no later than six weeks prior to arrival date.
    Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations after booking will be subject to the following charges.

    Period Cancellation Charge

    More than 42 days - Deposit only
    24 to 42 days - 50% of holiday cost
    14 to 23 days - 75% of holiday cost
    Less than 14 days or no show - 100% of holiday cost

    Prices

    All holiday prices are in pounds sterling. Holidays paid for in euros will be charged at the exchange rate at the time of payment.
    Ski Rosetta reserves the right to increase or decrease the price of unsold holidays.

    Our responsibilities

    Ski Rosetta accepts responsibility for your holiday only when it is under direct control of one of the owners or their employees.
    We can accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident or illness to or of a client or his property or the effects of any event out of Ski Rosetta's control or any of its elected representatives.
    Any help or assistance of any kind volunteered by Ski Rosetta's representatives shall be accepted at the client's risk.
    If any Ski Rosetta representative accompany clients in winter sports they cannot take any responsibility for any injuries or losses howsoever caused. Clients must use their own judgement based on their own abilities and all activities are at their own risk.
    Ski Rosetta cannot accept responsibility for changes to the holiday caused by events of a “force majeure” nature i.e. weather, airport closures, riots, industrial or civil disputes, natural disasters etc.
    We cannot guarantee that the weather will be suitable for snow sports or other activities. Also we cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay or costs whatsoever connected with adverse weather conditions.
    Whilst holiday details are accurate at the time of publication information may be subject to change.
    Clients will be informed of any changes as soon as reasonably possible.

    Your responsibilities

    We expect our clients to behave courteously and show consideration towards other clients and members of staff.
    In the event of any client causing distress, damage, danger or injury to other clients, property, third parties or our representatives Ski Rosetta reserve the right at our
    absolute discretion to terminate your holiday and to recover the full cost of any damage caused by the client.
    We strongly advise clients to take out winter sports holiday insurance to cover personal accident, medical expenses, baggage, cancellation and curtailment.
    Ski Rosetta accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred by the client as a result of failing to take out adequate insurance cover.


    Complaints

    Any claim or complaint should be notified to Chris or Helen Atkinson who will record the complaint in writing and do his or her best to resolve the matter.
    In the event of any dispute arising out of this contract, which cannot be amicably settled the dispute may be referred to an independent arbitrator.
